God Bless America!
Happy Fourth of July! Today, we join hands and hearts to celebrate a day filled with fireworks, flags, and freedom. As we mark our nation’s birthday, we are filled with joy, gratitude, and deep respect for the brave men and women of our military.
From the laughter of children chasing sparklers, to cookouts with grandpa’s secret burger recipe, and the folding of flags with honor—this day is stitched with the rich traditions and memories that define us. We see wide-eyed wonder in the faces of the next generation, soaking in the sights, sounds, and spirit of Independence Day. But more than anything, we pause to remember: freedom isn't free. It was paid for through sacrifice, secured by service, and passed down by patriots.
We honor every soldier, sailor, airman, Marine, and guardian who has stood the line—not just to protect our borders, but to preserve the blessings we too often take for granted.
In a world haunted by demons, darkness, an danger, America shines as a beacon of hope—a refuge where our children can grow up unafraid of bombs, bad guys, or the things that go bump in the night.
Tonight, we raise our prayers and our flags. We thank God for our troops and remember that freedom is not inherited—it’s defended, preserved, and passed on.
We’ve been given a rare and beautiful gift in this country—a freedom that lets us open our Bibles without fear, gather without shame, and shout from the rooftops that hope has a name, and His name is Jesus. So let’s not waste it. Let’s live bold. Let’s live bright. Let’s make sure the freedom we’ve been given becomes fuel to share the greatest story ever told.
May we live lives worthy of their sacrifice—and shine the light of Christ in all we do.
From our Knox Creek family to yours: God bless you. God bless our military. And God bless America.
